Refund Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and occasionally, a refund may be necessary. Therefore, we have developed the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparenc

At New You Weight Management Consultants, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and occasionally, a refund may be necessary. Therefore, we have developed the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency:

1. Cooling Off Period: Upon signing the contract for our any service, customers are entitled to a cooling off period of 10 days. During this time, customers have the option to request a refund without providing any reason.

2. Fee for Service During Cooling Off Period: If services have been rendered during the cooling off period, a fee for the services provided will be deducted from the refund amount, not greater than $150. This fee will be calculated based on the extent of the services rendered and will be communicated to the customer upon their refund request. Any fees associated with refunding of the client to the original method will also be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Refund Eligibility: Customers are eligible for a refund if:

​

  • The refund request is made within the 10-day cooling off period.

  • No substantial portion of the services has been utilised or consumed.

  • The customer has complied with all terms and conditions outlined in the contract.

 

4. Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team within the cooling off period. Refund requests must be made via email. Upon receiving the request, our team will review the case and determine the eligible refund amount.

5. Refund Disbursement: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the approval of the refund request. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

6. Exceptions to Refund Policy:

​

  • Refunds will not be granted for services that have commenced during the cooling off period.

  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or requests made after the cooling off period has expired.

  • Any additional terms and conditions specified in the contract override the general refund policy outlined here.

 

7. Refunds During Service. 

​

  • Refunds will not be granted for services that have begun past the 10-day cooling off period. You may defer a service for a later date not exceeding 3 months.

  • Refunds will not be provided where the results of the program/s have not met with expectation
